Cancellation Policy Please notify us within 48 hours if you will need to cancel the shoot. Inhabit Media will charge a $100 fee for cancellations not made within 48 hours. Please note that the entire shoot amount will be assessed if we arrive at the property to find the shoot is canceled (including denied access to the property and the home not being ready for photos).
Property Readiness For an optimal property showcase, we suggest professional cleaning and staging if needed. Our photographers capture homes as they are upon arrival. To ensure readiness, homeowners and agents should review the details below before scheduling. Please click to refer to our Property Readiness Guide. If additional prep time (including but not limited to : moving furniture & rearranging of obstructive objects) is needed there will be an additional fee of $25 per each extra 15 minutes of time. Keep in mind that we run a tight schedule, if we can�¢??t get your property ready within a reasonable, then the shoot will be canceled and charge $100 plus mileage.
